Anonymous - I play a sport, and afterward I usually drink sugary beverages because they make me feel hydrated and give me quick energy. I was wondering if there are healthier alternatives that can still help with hydration and energy without relying on sugary drinks.
Response - Thanks for your comment! Some healthier alternatives could be coconut water or homemade electrolyte drinks. I can add an article relating to this as well.
